Over 20 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, 10 of which were spent in a management position at an American group of companies in different indication areas and functions.

Many years of extensive global work in different management functions and indication areas.  

For modern management in an innovative environment, the continuous examination of agile working methods such as design thinking or new leadership instruments such as resilience consulting is a matter of course for us.
